We stayed here because it was so close to Larne port and the early morning ferry to Troon. We felt that it was expensive for Room Only. The menu, whilst quite extensive, also seemed expensive so we ate elsewhere. On the plus side the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. More

We were there only one night. And for that it was GREAT. Rooms were super large for a European hotel, and quite nice. The food in the attached restaurant was very good! But really the location is a stop over to your next location. More

The outside of this hotel is kind of a trick; it doesn't look nearly as nice as it actually is. We stayed overnight so we could catch a ferry in the morning and the hotel was really worth it. I have got to point out how amazing the showers were! It may sound odd, but it was the best shower... More

Had a family celebration here and the food was great. The surroundings are very nice , good quality Hotel . Staff were very pleasant and although the Restaurant was busy , service was smooth . Not a cheap place to eat but the steaks were fantastic, enormous in fact. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend for a romantic meal , family gathering,... More

Stayed here overnight, not a holiday or weekend break. The hotel was excellent in every way, from arrival, the staff were very helpful, the bedrooms were bright, warm and to a very high standard. The heating in the room was almost too warm, not a complaint, just an observation. The shower in the bathroom was one of the best I... More

We stayed for an overnighter and it does what says on the tin. The spacious rooms are to a very good standard with a beautiful spacious shower room, complete with excellent shower system. The beds are incredibly comfortable. the lighting needs revisiting as difficult to read in room. Our stay included Bed & Breakfast - breakfast was good but I... More

First of all this is not a holiday hotel, so do not expect he normal amenities. There is no bar as such just a reception area. Saying that, the staff were superb, the rooms were superb, the shower rooms were he best I have ever Been in. Wired Internet is acceptable in he rooms. The food, is absolutely out off... More

Enjoyed a family dinner here recently. All the staff were friendly, and the food was superb. Good range of dishes on the menu. Great place for young and old alike, a place that I can say has something for everyone. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Well worth a visit!! More

Needed a bed due to very early ferry following morning and had reservations about staying so close to the port. However, the hotel is very new (a replacement building I understand) and that helps. We only had a drink at the bar and no food. Receptions are bar staff all friendly welcoming and helpful. very happy to give us extra... More

The only reason to stay at the Curran Court is if you’re getting the boat to Scotland in the morning. And even that is not a compelling reason. It’s a nice hotel, nice big rooms, comfy bed, etc, but it’s in the middle of nowhere, opposite a large ugly Asda and next door to a KFC drivethru. On top of... More
