We could only stay for "middag" at this modern restaurant with stunning views over the fjord. The food is exceptionally good, with fresh, local ingredients and we enjoyed it so much that we would like to recommend it highly! My husband Jim and I stayed here in July. It was so wonderful! Ulvik is a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the beautifully stunning scenery. The hotel is quite basic but comfortable. What make the stay really good is the friendly atmoshpere. The host is very friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast is very good. Ulvik itself is very peaceful and totally relaxing. Would reccommend it to anyone.
