Very good staff and service. Food in the restaurant was excellent. You could feel in the atmosphere that everyone was trying to be nice and helpfull.
the new Superior rooms are the best rate for value I ever had in a hotel.

Hotel Ochsen is a nice small hotel which reminds me a little of Faulty Towers if it were well run. :) It is no frills but the simple furnishings are in good repair and very clean. there is no lobby to speak of. Uster is a quaint town and Ochsen locks up relatively early, so don't plan on a late...
