We spent two nights in this very cosy and charming hotel, it is more like a home than a hotel, with candles burning everywhere, comfortable sofa, really lovely rustic furnishing, great bed, great linen and fantastic view. Hightly recommended.

Good seaside hotels in Britanny are few and far between but Hortensias is both enjoyable and reliable. A big and successful effort has been made to to create charming rooms in this nineteenth century seaside manor maison de bourgeois. The cooking is creative. And god value for money.

La Trinite sur Mer is a delightful seaside village dedicated to sailing and the Petit Hotel des Hortensias fits the nautical theme perfectly. We stayed in Le Petit Hotel des Hortensias,during our 3 weeks trip to Normandy,Britanny and Loire valley.
I contacted directly the Hotel several months in advance and booked a double room plus a small single room connected for my son,on top floor with views to the beautiful marina.
