We were in Ramallah to do some filming and found the Best Eastern to be a good base. If you want luxury you'll need to look elsewhere, but we found our rooms to be clean, comfortable and secure. “Good breakfast, but not a very homely hotel”

This is a typical chain mid-range hotel - nothing much to commend it, it is not very close to the centre of town, not terribly clean and not very homely.
