The hotel had a very smart appearance. Clean and modern. The room too was lovely. However there were problems. There was no air conditioning and because the hotel was next to the river we were advised to keep the windows closed when we had a light on. The room came equipped with a fan which didn't work. Very good hotel, nice people, goof food, very nice rooms, we had a 'family room' with 2 children of 4 and 1 year old, lots of space for the boys to play. Very nice swimming pool, sauna,.... We enjoyed our stay, but the hotel doesn't quite merit its three-star rating. Many of the fittings are on the cheap side, and the hotel is rather under-staffed. Having said which, all the staff (apart from one bemused trainee) were very competent and hard-working. The food is good, though with limited choice.
