Deferred maintenance, 1st room that they gave us was smelling, 2nd room was nice but the a/c thermostat was not functioning so we got cold and had to shut it down, then we sweat all night. “Charming hotel, beautiful location- loved it!”

We had the most wonderful stay at Balletti Park Hotel. It is a beautiful location, the rooms were simple- but quite large, quiet and comfortable and the staff went out of the way to be helpful. The restaurants were both quite nice. On the whole- a very nice hotel!

There are two Balletti hotels in the region. Dont get confused. You have the Balletti PARK and the Balletti PALACE. The Palace is located in Viterbo. The Park is located 10 minutes south of Viterbo. There is no reason to ever stay at this hotel, unless you are trapped because of business – some meetings actually take place here (like mine) – or maybe as you drive through Italy and for some reason and you car breaks down and you have no choice (otherwise, drive on).
