We just turned up, no reservation, and they could not have been more accommodating. There is nothing wrong with the hotel - the rooms are a bit dated and I did think the bathroom could have been cleaner - glass tiles as a shower curtain were not clean - water stains and splashes ( not by us, but previous occupiers).
