I have never stayed in such a badly run hotel. We did not get breakfast when required, we were due to start work at 8.00am therefore a 7.00am breakfast did not seem an unreasonable request? They delivered the breakfast any time after 8.00am to our place of work around 7 miles away therefore cold. Packed lunch (included in the bill)... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner even prepared fresh sea trout he had just caught so we could try it! Food was very good and seemed freshly prepared. We stayed here for a couple of nights....room was very clean and warm. Wonderful log fire burning in the relaxing lounge. Staff were very friendly and looked after us wonderfully.Food was stunning and the options were plenty. We decided last minute to go up to the Lecht Ski resort and therefore needed a hotel for the night. We found the Gordon and Richmond Hotel on the internet and gave them a call. Hotel was reasonably priced for what you get. Room was fairly small and could probably do with some upgrading/basic maintenance jobs being carried out but it was clean and the staff were friendly.
