We visited the cojimar in sept 2008.We only had 3 days there until hurricane IKE struck.On the 3 days there we found the cojimar to be Brilliant.We had room 120 right on the beach and the sunrise was to die for.Yes it is only 3*but we were transfered to the 4*Hotel Tryp on cayo coco the day before IKE arrived... more

i have been to the cojimar 24 times in the last 4 years and have always gotten excuses why the phones did not work why the washrooms were always dirty and the one in my room would not flush the last 2 week trip was the worst on toilet for 11 yes 11 days they could not give me another... more

We travelled here last year and found it to be a nice place so rebooked, due to fly Thursday (i.e. 1 day!). Just got home to take a call from Thomas Cook saying the hotel is closed due to 'Health & Safety' and moved us to the Sol Cayo Guillermo which is ok I s'pose.... Just thought i'd see if... more

I had an absolutely fabulous time. This hotel was amazing, despite the bad rap it's gotten from a bunch of bad apples. The resort is beautiful, the beaches are gorgeous, and its far away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. this hotel is located on Cayo guillermo with 4 other resorts, very quiet with lots of activities.... more

Brutal trip, would no go back! While on an excursion, an alternate key to our room was made and someone stripped our room of all items of any value. Then, since we did not have any "pictures" of these items (iPod, electric razor, hair dryer, etc..) we were being called liars because we had no proof that we had them.... more
