Location - Situated on Hastings Beach, which was nice, but quite small, there are lots of rocks when first entering the sea - it would be much safer to wear water shoes if you dont want any accidents. Appallingly NOISY (music and guests) concrete hotel. Seems to cater for large 'party' groups intent on drinking the bar as dry as possible while sporting bad manners. Loud, loud music competing with even louder music (until 2:00 a.m.) from bar across the street, accompanied by incessant traffic noise. Great family run hotel. Staff is friendly, Low key relaxing area. Close to walk to resturants. Via the new boardwalk. Nice beach , of course beac bar a plus. Rooms are comfortable, every room beachfront. Good food at the hotel. Have a hardtime deciding where to eat every night, Due to all the good food on the island. more
