Booked last minute so got a good deal. The apartments were reasonable size, generally clean and beds comfortable. You do have to pay extra for air con which is 10 euros a day which I think is rather costly, we went without and suffered with the heat. The hotel is in a fabulous location - 5 minutes from the town, 2 minutes from the beach. The town has a plethera of restaurants, cafes and bars although there aren't many 'tat' shops but Lindos is only five minutes away and there are loads of tourist shops there. Been going to this hotel for past 6 years and cannot fault it. Kate and Eric are so friendly as all the rest of their family and friends.Not alot to do for children at this hotel but in walking distance to beach. Stayed at the Aphitriti Aug 07 - Weather 38-40 degrees. Appartment with balcony - nice and clean but a bit small as we had a cot - payed extra for cot space but same size as other double rooms. 2 pools inc baby pool - very nice and surrounding area nice with plenty of sunbeds.
