The service was very offish. Recepionist was grumpy and quite rude. One would not expect this from a Chain like this. Rooms were very clean and we were upgraded to superior rooms. This hotel is in a beautiful little town beside the river Rhine, it is a huge property and they know how to look after their guests. The hotel is very well located in the upper and older part of Breisach, right next to the cathedral. The room was spacious and very quiet. On a sunny day you may enjoy breakfast on a very pleasant terrace with a nice view of the river Rhine. More
