The hotel is decently located and filled with pleasant, helpful staff. Slightly pricey, and we could often hear people in neighboring rooms playing mahjong and or shouting.
Beds are as hard as steel.

This hotel is really stupid, they only turn on the central heating when it is below 9 degree, and won't turn it on until midnight.
I know why they do this, because they want to force you to go to their casino ! (which is small and sub-standard compared to other Macau grand casino)

A group of 12 of us stayed for one night in this hotel.
Pretty much every floor, except for two are smoking floors, although it was possible to change rooms on request.
As other people have mentioned the beds are VERY hard, even when I asked for an extra blanket, this did fairly little to make the bed more comfortable....
