This hotel was advertised as being a good place to stay by Best Western, but what you got was completely different. There is a non smoking rule in Macau now, but if your hotel has any gaming rooms people can smoke there. The room always smells of smoke. The staff are unfriendly. You are held hostage if you get laundry... More

This hotel is an example of an average demonstration by a big brand. Rooms are big, but cleanliness needs improvement. The service is not up to the mark - in most of the times we had to do follow ups. Very few choices for breakfast. Responsiveness is ordinary. They could not provide us a non smoking room. The good part... More

Everything sucks here! The worst part is the service and attitude of the staff. Yes, it's cheap but it is not worth every cents. I called the operator to connect me to my friend's room and she told me to call back later as she needs to attend to another staff! Worse part is she said it in a very... More

It was our first time in Macau and there were 12 of us in our group. The hotel rooms were average sized but we didn't bother sleeping on one of the rooms because it was filled with moulds. It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel staff, they barely speak English so there's no point in complaining. There was... More

Checkin on13 May 12, just needed a room to stay before my 2am flight back home. I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and the room was not ready yet, not to mention I have to wait about 8 mins before the Guest Officer bother to talk to me. Told me that the room will be ready at 2pm but... More

The Best Western Taipa Hotel, near Taipa village is not a 3 star. In my view it’s a budget / 2 star hotel. It was my anniversary as I don’t have much good to talk about the hotel. The only good part was the cheap and good services offered by www.antilogvacations.com .They are best for Hongkong & Macau tours across... More

It was our first time in Macau a couple of years back and we were in a budget. We were so happy to find this hotel. Even though it is somewhat old, it was clean and decent. There was a small Casino downstairs , but surprisingly, it was quiet and peaceful in general. Breakfast is included (basic, best western kind... More

The hotel was very average with very limited facilities. Their casino was just for namesake. Very limited shuttle service from ferry pier. Our room's bath tub was leaking and was dirty. Room was spacious but poor in sleep quality. Venetian and other chain of hotels with real casinos were far, you need to catch a taxi to reach such places.... More

Lets talk about the positive things first. 1) Big room and big beds - but hard beds (not a plus point)! 2) Free shuttle bus from the hotel that brings us to City of Dreams which connects us to everywhere in Macau. 3) There is a public bus opposite the hotel that brings you to the border gate - to... room is a-okay, big enough for 2 persons. big queen sized bed, nice shower, no leaks. clean room, not much choice in the buffet breakfast, but its better than just McDonalds. nice location, walking distance to various tourist attractions. safe neighborhood. accessible to 7-11 and basic shopping. bed is quite hard and pillows are flat. thats the only flaw. free...
