This place is the worst. Everything is old, dirty and digusting. There is nothing positive to say. The sheets are old and stained, the bathtub was dirty, I showered with my water shoes on in fear of catching fungus, the pool was green and filthy. The waiter in the resturant was really nice as were the front desk staff. They... More

This hotel was a stop along our trip around/across Puerto Rico. There are three floors to his hotel. From the exterior it looks like the best and largest hotel in the area. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, which was never a concern any were during out trip. Our room was a king size room on the second... More

Truly the title says it all. Probably one of the worse hotels I've stayed in. Not even during my years as a student on a very tight budget had I stayed in a dump as bad as this one. One night was enough and don't waste your time placing a complaint, clearly the administration couldn't care less. It's incredible how... More

It’s not a 5 star, nor a 4 or 3 star, but if you are looking for a place to stay and sleep/shower then this hotel will do. Make sure you ask to see the room before you decide to stay. I recommend asking to stay in the separate building (Room 214 was nice) as it is much nicer then... More

Traveler beware... we arrived in the evening and were shown to a old, dark room. The sheets looked grey. The carpet and drapes were worn. And, worse - it seemed someone had left a fish in the room for week! After asking the night clerk for a different room, she showed me an even worse one that had black mold... More

Roaches, mildew, stained bedsheets, iron-burned rug, cigarrete-burned nightstand, soiled bathtub (gray). Damp smell. Cracked paint on the ceiling. Rude and indefferent front desk lady. If this is the only hotel available, sleep in your car. More

If what one needs is just a room to sleep in, Perichi's isn't bad. The rooms ar a bit worn, showing their age, but my room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom ok and the pool big enough for a few strokes and a refreshing swim in the morning. I wouldn't chose Perichi's for a whole vacation,... More

I was invited for my niece's wedding to this hotel. Since it was my first time in the area I did follow the internet advise on this property and didn't book on it instead I booked in the Highway Inn (other review), now I know that the reviews have been made probably with anger or in the glimse of the... We arrived to the hotel and the pool was green with algae. It stinked all around the room we ended up checking out the same night and we decided to stay at Bahia Salinas (not too far from there) More
