We didn't notice at first sight but the place is dirty and has a nasty feeling of abandoned ghost hostel. That is because it is runned by two crazy drug addicts. We had the worst breakfast ever : a roten uneatable fruit salad followed by a burned uncooked pancake that clearly looked like they fried up their last night alcoholic... More

We just go back yesterday from our honeymoon at Gili Trawangan. We spent 2 nights there. The 1st night we spent at other hotel which is so great....and the 2nd night actually, I got a wedding gift from my cousin to stay at Beach Comber Hotel. I called the owner to his cellphone about the reservation but it didn't work.... More

We didn't reed the reviews before going to this please, just walked by and it looked nice but we want to warn everyone who travels to Gili Trawangan: never go to this please! The owner is a creep, weirdo and far from nice. After complaining about our room (aircon didn't work, door couldn't be locked) and asking to refund our... More

This place sits in an amazing spot on Gili T, it's a Shame that the owners are disgusting pigs of people. OMG I can not believe the flighting that we seen in the short time that we were there, also not the mention the auusie wife who was so drunk that she was blowing her nose into her T-shirt behined... What a disaster of a hotel. Avoid at all costs. The beach is amazing and the sunset is a treat. But as all the reviews say.. The ownership is a joke! One small example is, our toilet broke and i told andrea and he said "oh no, want to buy some weed?" We booked through bali recommended travel agent in... More

Despite the location being in a great and quiet spot on Gili T, and the bungalows being rather well done in terms of space, decor and amenities (but in desperate need of basic maintenance and cleaning) .... the management make a stay here literally impossible! Owned and managed by Tracy (Australian and an alcoholic), and her "partner" André (Indonesia and... More

I have stayed four times at Beachcombers. - The first time, the place had recently opened, the bungalows were excellent value, stylish and brand new. In spite of the "extremely relaxed" service, we truly enjoyed our stay. - The second time was fine, we noticed that the bungalows were deteriorating for lack of maintenance, upon arrival we had to ask... We negotiated a price of IDR425 for 4 nights. The owners decided that could make more by increasing the rate at 3pm on the 3rd day to IDR 625. When we refused they called us all sorts of names usually starting with the "F" word. It was not worth staying so we left and the Lutwala Dive Shop took us... More

We spent 4 nights at BC in mid November. After visiting quite a few places on arrival we ended up in the North part of Gili T. and thought, at first sight, this bungalow/room was pretty correct. We tried to get a decent price for it (450000RPS) and were REQUESTED to pay 4 nights in advance. Being exhausted from a... More
