My wife and I stayed at L'Albereta ten years ago for our 20th Anniversary and were completely enthralled by both the hotel and restaurant. This December we brought our two adult children to re-create the wonderful experience we had had ten years earlier. The hotel was as lovely and comfortable as we remembered. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, large, comfortable... More

We stayed at L'Albereta for four days after our wedding. The hotel service was by far the best I've ever seen. Always proactive and one step ahead, always friendly, approachable and complaisant. And that was the case for all staff; reception, drivers, waiters, bartenders, gym instructor, cleaners, spa staff etc. Very impressive indeed. Our room was a guestroom with a... More

I have spent several nights at L'Albereta. I am a member of relais & Chateauc Club 5. L'albereta is paradise on earth! Welcoming, charming, excellent staff and friendly atmosphere. I strongly believe that the beauty of a place is made by ourselves. If you want a nice stay you have to be nice not arrogant woth the staff. Don't forget... More

After staying at the Albereta 3 times in the last 5 months it was time to write a review! The hotel is set in wonderful grounds surrounded by vineyards. My last visit last week was in a beautiful romantic room (no 1) but unfortunately I was there on business and alone (what a waste..). On every visit every room has... More

The worse Relais & Chateaux experience we have had. Our disappointment started with our arrival and never left us: we never felt welcome at the Albereta!! Our disappointment continued at the Spa, the first evening: my husband had booked a relaxing massage and received the most sporty massage ever!!! The therapist had not even questioned him whether he had any... More

L'Albereta is expensive but you need to forget about the prices and just enjoy the shear luxury. If you regard it as a place for a big treat you will not be disappointed. The restaurant is a theatrical experience. The service is attentive but not intrusive . The food is simple in its execution, imaginative and made from absolutely fresh ingredients.... More

We stayed there for three nights with friends and had a most amazing time. Too bad we could not stay longer, but already planning to go back. They really know what hospitality is about: the personnel is always there when you need them and never there when you don't. They are polite, really at one's service and even if some... More

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Franciacorta Region. For someone that loves wine like my wife and I was just like taking kids to Disneyland! This region has the best sparkling wines we ever tasted ! Yes probably better than Champagne! The region itself is beautiful. Very convenient for somebody looking to visit Bergamo and looking to... The hotel is situation in a very Tuscan setting. It's about 2 hours away from Milan, which is pretty convenient. I stayed here mostly for the spa, which is very advanced. They have a lot of different programs you can go on, like detox, anti-agining, etc. They have a staff of doctors, nurses, massage therapists. I had acupuncture which was... More

Spent a restful week-end at this gorgeous property. It is immaculately kept, the service was discreet but attentive. We opted against the beauty treatments because the prices were outrageous, so we opted for the indoor pool and gym instead which were adequate. Nice touch are the many towels available to guests. The highlight was definitely dinner at Gualtiero Marchesi's restaurant.... More
