We stayed in Ca'del Lago June 2011 and it was one of the six different places we stayed at during our trip in Italy. The place is a family owned small farm hotel with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The location is good - the northern part of lake Como is less crowded and more authentic than the southern parts... The only good thing is the restaurant. Rooms are small, noisy and not cleaned properly everyday. Beware of the name of the hotel, because it is far from the lake Como. The agriturismo is quite modern and the restaurant serves nice food (not cheap). The atmosphere could be better and the bathroom could be cleaner (especially the shower curtain). Stayed here with 3 friends at the beginning of May. It's a small family run place, fairly modern but with character. It has spa facilities and a pool -we didn't use them so can't comment.
