This is 3-stars hotel maximum, maybe "great 2 stars". We got the plastic(!) cups for our toothbrushes in the bathroom and these cups nobody change for us to new ones. Bathrobe for additional payment. I went to Lake Garda last week of august 2012. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located right on the lake and the scenery is gorgeous.
