This hotel is at the foot of Mt Pilatus and we only stayed here because it was late and we were too tired to look for anything else. Old and tired, pokey little room, shower in an old converted cupboard, hugely over priced, small selection for breakfast, wouldn’t stay here again. This was the worst hotel for quality and value... The hotel employees give you a warm welcome to their hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic with good beds and a proper bathroom. You can also have dinner in the hotel which can be recommended. The hotel has a nice bar where you can have drinks in the evening. Breakfast is very modest but... More

We travelled from Canada to a home exchange in Lens. Enroute from Zurich we had booked online 3 rooms for 3 nights at Hotel Roessli. First we had a swim in the outdoor pool. We stayed at this hotel as part of a touring car group and were very disappointed. Despite it listing itself as a 3 star hotel on it's website, it is clearly a budget hotel which charges extra for every small request, even a boiled egg for breakfast!
