We have been we to this hotel for 2 nights in july. If you want to see Milano or to do holidays just book something else. The standards are ok but the area is far away from anything and also from the airport! More

Other reviewers are spot-on: this is NOT a Hilton and there is NO customer service. Forget internet access (unless you want to wait in a converted conference room with wires running everywhere while they "transition" their service"). Need an iron? I have stayed here several times on business trips. One very positive aspect is that the hotel provides transport to and from Malpensa airport with their shuttle buses (maxi taxi's) - you have to call the hotel from the airport if you want to be picked up.
