Ashfield House was my favorite b&b on our trip through Ireland. It is located about 5 minute drive outside of the town of Cong in a tranquil country setting. We arrived late to the Ashfield House but were warmly greeted and settled in for night. Breakfast was served in a room overlooking a garden. October roses are abundant and beautiful. Mrs. Dunleavy served a delicious breakfast and was very warm and informative. If you have the chance to visit the Cong area, stay at the Ashfield House. More

In a 10 day trip to Ireland staying exclusively at B&B's this was the best one. Great room, super people that run it, and outstanding breakfast. Also thought Cong was the nicest small village in Ireland. Crows Nest Pub, golf and fish for salmon all minutes away. More
