We stayed here for over a week during our diving holiday. We have no major complaints about the place, but it seems relatively overpriced compared to similar accommodations in the area and SE Asia in general. Our room faced the ocean and the beautiful sunset. The room included fan, A/C, cable TV (didn't always work) and minibar, and there was WiFi but the signal did not reach my room. We also had access to the pool and breakfast at the Italian place next door. The place was relatively secluded, and small (10 rooms) which was very nice, and the staff was helpful (arranging transport, massage, early breakfast, etc.).

This resort is in Panagsama Beach, a few minutes away from Moalboal town. Panagsama Beach is basically a small strip of small hotels, dive shops, restaurants and bars, with a high number of foreigners living or traveling there.
