We enjoyed our visit to the Paraiso Beach. The service by the staff there was fantastic. The hotel was about 60% full. The Beach was very clean. Yes, the beds are hard. This would be considered a moderate hotel--beds a little hard, liquor ordinary, no servers on beach or pool deck. The food is good. Everything else is ABOVE average.... more

Traveled at the beginning on June. This was out second trip to the Iberostar resorts in Cancun/Playa del Carmen-there is a reason we came back. Iberostar has the best resorts in all of playa del carmen. Grounds-Nothing you can complain about. Never any trash on the ground and the resorts has beautiful greenery everywhere.
