Reaching "Apres la Sieste" at the end of the day was like reaching home after a long trip ! Warmly welcomed by Jacques and Chloe, we were overwhelmed by serenity in this charming place. Our room was spacious, decorated with delicacy, and I particularly did enjoy the bathroom, so original ! What to say about the delicious meals ? just... more

We spent 5 nights at Apres Les Sieste. It is located in a tiny and charming village. The B and B has a beautiful courtyard, complete with olive trees, antiques, flowers, grape vines, and a refreshing pool. The rooms are attractive, but have minimal furniture, storage, decoration, or any basic supplies such as wine glasses, or a corkscrew. Thankfully Chloe... more

Chloe is great! We've heard (via this site) that Chloe does a *great* dinner (about once/twice a week). Bummer, we only stayed 3 nights! We didn't get a chance to partake of the B&B's dinner option. In fact, we essentially starved for two nights. St. Laurent des Arbres is a long way from Avignon. For us, finding restaurants (and parking)... more

We planned to spend a relaxing week-end in a very cosy guesthouse, enjoying the swimming pool and relaxing moments. We spent quite some time on internet to choose the perfect place. 'Apres la sieste' seemed to meet all our criterias on the basis of all the pictures displayed on their internet site and the reviews of previous visitors...... How disappointed... more

We stayed for one week in early September. Weather was very good, although we got a little taste of a mini-Mistral one night. By the next day, it was gone and the skies were a cloudless Provence blue. The hosts, Jacques and Chloe, really made our stay. We arrived too late for any restaurant dinner, and Chloe made us a... more

This B&B is very simple but well done and extremely relaxing. Jacques and Chloe did a wonderful job creating this little oasis in Provence, and they have great taste in music (which is quietly playing in the courtyard). Our mornings in Provence were spent exploring nearby villages, which were easily accessible by car: Avignon, Orange, St. Remy de Provence, Chateauneuf... more

I cannot say enough about this B&B. Go! Stay for a week! Chloe and Jacques are fantastic. My husband and I spent a week traveling through France, and were only a able to stay here for two nights. I was geniunely sad to leave. We felt that Chloe truly made us feel at home (and I'm not typically inclined to... more

My husband and I have recently returned from a 2 week stay at Apres La Sieste. We were familiar with this part of Provence but hadn't actually visited St Laurent des Arbes before. Saint Laurent-des-Arbes is a delightful village and Apres La Sieste is perfectly placed for guests to explore the many delights of Provence. We chose Apres La Sieste... more

We have just returned from 6 nights at Apres La Siesta. It was wonderful and relaxing. Jacques and Chloe were exceptional hosts, making you feel very welcome, whilst allowing your privacy. The accommodation is charming and the pool and gardens tastefully designed. We were able to experience the talent of the local chef who came to Apres La Siesta and... more
