We spent on night (tried for two but they were booked out) in May in the Granda. Its a very short walk (300mtrs) out of town on the Prestin side of the 'Roman' Bridge. What a wonderful hotel. Not only is it modern & beautiful, but it is energy efficient as well. The rooms are comfortable & the bathrooms are spacious & luxurious.
