“Bad experience”

It was very funny when we was there, becuse we thought that the hotel it was with a see view.( They sell that in the web site ). Well there isn´t view anywhere and the service is not corresponding to a 3* hotel. They sell a buffet breakfast in they own web site, but the breakfast is horrible, bad service... More

When we got there, they'd overbooked the hotel. Not just under my booking, but 6 of my friends also had the same problem. They expected us to transfer ourselves to another Norat Hotel in O Grove. We argued with the manager onduty and at last he agreed to bring us himself (no taxi???). We later found out that 3 of... More
