very good location, windmill/little venice/bus station are all within walking distance. though it's over-priced, though the front dest manager rarely smiled, though the view of my expensive tiny double deluxe sea view room was almost fully blocked by trees.... if location is the only thing you care about, you should stay here. btw, breakfast is very good.
