Hotel Sunny International is now Hotel VITS & is taken over by the Kamath Group so I was expecting a good professional approach from them. My earlier experiences were quite bad & I stopped staying their long back. However the only thing which I could observe has changed is that the prices have gone up substantially.
The rooms are renovated now & are definitely good however at Rs 3,000/- per night it is bit overcharged. ( Rs 3000 was after discount).
The bad things of this hotel are the service & attitude of the staff & the worst thing is the food.
The rooms were not cleaned as late as 3 PM & when I reached the hotel to collect few documents in the afternoon I was disgusted to see that even the clearence of plates of last night dinner was not done.
The food was terrible from Morning breakfast to dinner to snacks. Most of the dishes mentioned in the menu were not available & surprisingly the room service person was insisting for Chilly...
