I was therefor one night on business and I opted for the slightly better room on the first floor. Well it is a 2 star property if at all. Pros Central location Room ok with flat screen TV AC etc. Bathroom relatively clean Cons Just basic upkeep and maintainance was sad. Nothing do in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but... More

Recently i had the misfortune of staying in the Hotel for about 2 days. “Refurbishment done but service not upto the mark”

First 2 floors were renovated till Jan 2012, top 3 were old (cheaper) but quality of service is poor. Complimentary breakfast and menu has very limited and monotonous options. Location is in city center, so that is advantage for business users.

Hotel Sunny International is now Hotel VITS & is taken over by the Kamath Group so I was expecting a good professional approach from them.
