After reading other reviews I wasnt expecting too much from this Hotel. Had read comments about mouldy/smelly carpets and dirty rooms. If you're looking for a clean hotel you will be ok here but you don't want to live with Germans stay away from this hotel and resort. wen we arrived at the hotel it was 3 40 in the morning .at 9.30 the cleaner was knocking on the door to clean the room , we looked for a information book on the resort but there wasnt one in english ....they never catered for the english in anyway whats so ever ,i think it should state we do... more

before i go any futher i must say this hotel is very clean, staff very helpfull,the food was rubbish, entertainment rubbish,only three guests were english, if you are not German dont go!!!!! more

Like most of the hotels in playa de palma this hotel seems to be straight out of the 70s, from the outside it looks ok,oh if you rent a car, which youre going to want to do after one trip on the overcrowded buses if your lucky enough to have one stop for you, theres only a few parking spaces... more

Hotel food unedible and repetitive. Furnishings very poor, old and antiquated. Mostly German occupants. Locals converse in German irrespective of nationality. Area very quiet, particularly at night with mostly clubs being "table dancing". more
