We booked this hotel as we were only staying for the weekend and it seems very well priced. On arrival we were met by a curly haired individual who just didnt seem to know what he was doing on the reception, we were kept waiting for well over an hour whilst this man talked to his girlfriend on his mobile/chatted...

The hotel was nice and in central Arenal. The beach is lovely but the resort itself, was full of young germans out to get very drunk. The hotel was modern and clean, air conditioned but did not provide a kettle despite numerous times of asking. The staff were lovely and gave us a bottle of bubbly for my husbands birthday...
