Since our last visit 3 years ago this place has completly disimproved. The cleaning was very poor no sheets on the beds were changed all week. Just back from Agazul apartments, wasn't very impressed. 2 swimming pools and a kids pool was advertised but there is actually just 1 pool plus a kids pool. stayed here in febuary,the location was excellent ,the room was ok, my biggest gripe was house keeping two towel changes in a week ,went to complain to reception(if it was open)and told they would deal with it ,and they did a day later.loved the resort and would go back but probably stay elsewhere. as apartments go it wasn't the poshest, it was quiet basic, but what else do you need when you're away. It was clean (and cleaned 4 times while we were there), with ample room for everything.
