Returning from the KZN coast we spent the weekend at this lovely hotel in the Drakensberg. The view from the hotel terasse is spectacular! We did a lot of hiking. The buffet meals are very delicious. One can do a lot of activities around this area of the Berg. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel in magnificent surroundings. Very comfortable room - although the promised view of the mountain was blocked by a tree... Revisited after 30 years. Disappointed by indifferent food. Spent 3 nights here last week, the hotel is set in the most exquisite surroundings and have some fantastic challenging hikes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back when I next visit South Africa but will certainly stay longer.

This is the place to go if you're looking to unwind. Highly recommend for couples or the elderly. Friendly staff Beautiful and peaceful surroundings Excellent food! Not the same thing over and over again. Definitely worth every cent!
