As a family we stay in budget hotels several times a year and this really was the worst I have come across in Europe. The hotel itself was modern and cleanly presented and help appeared to check us in following a phone call . The room however was tiny with no toilet or shower facilities and only the tiniest of washbasins in the corner. Only one towel was provided for a family of four and this measured about 16 inches square. The guests on our floor shared one toilet and one shower. In the toilet their was no washbasin, thus no soap either....most unhygenic. more
