The holiday farmhouse is located four kilometres from Città della Pieve, the birthplace of il Perugino, Raffaello’s teacher. The estate has an extension of about twenty hectares and is part of a protected area. Tenuta il Casone is composed of eleven hectares of sumptuous woods and nine hectares of arable land - targeting organic crops - and it is surrounded by small waterways. Privileged position, with a 360 degrees view on the surrounding landscape, the long and elegant access avenue, the presence of secular oaks and the silence, broken only by small wildlife that lives in the woods, are the main characteristics of the estate. La Tenuta il Casone è una proprietà di 20 ettari ed è uno dei pochi agriturismi che ha davvero un’effettiva attività agricola. E, per scelta di vita, biologica. Produciamo frutta e verdura, olio extra vergine d’oliva, cereali, miele e zafferano; per la vendita e per il nostro consumo.
