Both the steak & the Corned beef (95% corned beef with small bits of onion & potato) were excellent. This year we ate there again hoping for... More

We both ordered the beef stew/casserole and I have to say it was without doubt one of the worst meals I have ever attempted to eat in... More

We arrived in time for Sunday lunch and can highly recommend the garlic mushrooms starter, the sauce is creamy, the mushrooms fresh and succulent and come served with... More

Lovely hotel with big roaring fires. The food was really good. The room was a bit warm but it was no problem. The hotel it in a lovely village with some lovely scenery and it makes a good base for walking in the north York moors. More
