Whilst this hotel is looking a little tired, the value for money is excellent. Bedding and towels very clean and changed daily if required. It is a 5€ taxi ride from the Gibraltar border. Hotels on Gibraltar can be very noisy and expensive this hotel is well worth considering for a visit to The Rock.

The hotel was comfortable and relatively clean apart from the filthy patio doors in our bedroom and balcony dirty and broken tiles and no table & chairs provided . Bed comfortable and very clean. Breakfast good.Could do with some updating .Manager very welcoming. 20 minute walk to Gibralter. Could benefit from updating especially bar area and breakfast room.

Nice wiev near Gibraltar. Poor rooms and breakfast. Not a family friendly place. Just a place where you just stops at the travel. Hair from somebody in the bed. (Cleaning maid?) The surronding is like boomtown rats place. Lucky that we had the car for safety.

on arrival to the hotel it was situated in an industal site and surrounded by warhoses and car garages which isnt mentioned on booking. after checking in to a smelly reception my 7 yearold daugther metioned had bad it was and she said it smelled like old people it was very damp inside and no where ear a 3 star... Stayed here recently, using it a a base for visiting Gibraltar. I have absolutely no complaints for the price. Other reviews complain about road noise.....shut the patio doors then. £40.00 BB worth every penny for 3 of us, would not pay anymore than that. Pleasant staff. Breakfast basic. Good value as Gib hotels are very expensive, and was an over nighter from spain. Would use again for one nighter!

This hotel is perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very run down and dated. Filthy dirty in all the public areas and the rooms. Our room was small, hot and smelly.
