The rooms here are OK for a 3-star hotel. Service is minimal, even though the hotel is government run and is set up to entertain mid ranking government officials in style. “Average Chinese 3 star hotel in great location”

This hotel is located in the old town and within a short walking distance to the square, market and the river. The rooms are in need of further refurbishment but they are reasonably clean. The breakfast is typical of most Chinese hotel.
