Location is a bit tough to trek. While entering Nainital town, It will be on a right lane ,going up another 800 mts. nice hotel,nice location. Hotel is very near to zoo. so we had no problem going there. also view from hotel was very good and also they provide shuttle van for pick and drop so also no problem if having small child with you. also have provision for hot water in all good budget room

It's a nice place to stay away from hustle and bustle of city life.Lake view was great from the 2nd floor balcony.Room Service was good and staffs were co-operative.Wooden work in the Premium Room is very nice.

I stay there for 6 days.It is located at Zoo Road. Service was excellent, specially shuttle service, Room are well furnished and clean. Breakfast was also good. Premium Room has lovely view of the lake. Who wished to go Nainital , he must stay in Hotel new bharat. Only Room Rates must be reduced.
