I think its best located hotel on the mall. It have extended space in all rooms, balcony. Nice view of Lake. There are a lot of birds you can even enjoy full day by sitting in Balcony. Room service is very good n fast. More

Good property and probably the best view in Nainital.....but the staff is not as courteous or helpful as one should expect for a hotel like elphinstone.
