I stayed in this hotel in month of jan 12 and chosed the room on the 1st floor with lake view. Room very small, very cold, room heater not working propely, serious problem with privacy in the room, expensive, average food but good room service. There are lots of better & cheap options available on mall road. More

Locationwise, the hotel is good. The negative point is the cost especially when you get it booked it online through makemytrip or yatra.coms. Staff is good and cooperative but you need to followup twice for a request or service. Food is available but at a exorbitant price. Better not to order except tea and coffee. This hotel is situated right next to Naini Lake on mall road... all the market areas are in walking distance!! Best part is that they have ample car parking which is very rare in nainital... Overall great value for money!! excellent location good food yet affordable!! More

The Lakeside Inn is located on the Mall, directly across from the lake. The views from the balconies are spectacular. However the rooms are small, and not well ventilated.
