We didn't stay here but stopped in for food on the way through. I had scampi and chips she had a Blt and chips. I had to send my chips back as they were cold but in fairness were deducted off the bill in the end without us having to ask. The scampi was delicious and really hit the spot... More

well inever stayed overnight but i found the staff jolly good for the crack and easy going . i went 3 times for dinners and enjoyed it . say hello to jackie an girl from meath.i hope to be back . just go easy on the food prices but i loved tjhe service tom from dublin More

We stayed at the Percy French Hotel on Saturday Night. As we were passing through Strokestown we decided this was our best option before heading on to Ballina. stayed there on 17th july last......just passing thru.Ita at reception was very helpful and very nice. lovely women. the barman/night porter (forgot his name...sorry) was very polite and helpful on my return. I will be back. Joe.(sligo) More

I have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The reception staff are very friendly and make that extra effort to make you feel welcome. There are pubs nearby that have maintained their character and serve good porter in good company. The food in the hotel is of a high standard. More

I was caught in bad weather while driving west & took refuge here. It was a pleasant surprise to find the room was clean, warm, comfortable & tastefully decorated. More

This hotel has been recently remodeled and expanded. The new rooms are almost Scandinavian looking, and very nicely appointed; our room had two queen-size beds. The rates are not bad, especially considering that this is the only hotel in the local area. The Carvery has an excellent lunch that was inexpensive and flavorful, and serves a nice breakfast as well.... More
