My partner and I stayed here for 1 night. The first room they tried to give us didn't have adequate heating (in january!). They then tried to give us 4 other rooms without adequate heating. The one we finally settled for had a working radiator but had that old stale smell from constant smoking in the room that you used... more

Lovely hotel, great location to where we needed to be on business. Excellent service. Upon arrival we were met by friendly, helpful staff and directed to our rooms. Whilst getting ready for our evening meeting, I noticed that the heating wasnt working in the room (129), within 10 mins of contacting reception, the duty manager turned up and rectified it.... more

Stayed for a works function, admittedly heavy snow the week before but they didnt clear the carpark and my car got stuck. Reception was a nightmare being wet due to snow. Check in fin, reception area modern, but, go through the doors past reception and you go back to the 90's, tired decor, worn carpets, room clean and crisp bedding,... more
