We had a very bad experience from the staff (the manager) of hotel Tibet Gallery. There was some water shortage in town and the nearby hotels were getting water from tankers and the staff acted very argumentative and rude when we asked for a bucket of water to freshen up. They even hung up the call saying that it is not possible. We also had to request them to provide dinner which was included in our package and the response we received was whether we had food from outside or not.Whatever be the situation that was not the way to deal with the customer. It did not seem like a 3-star hotel with such a sub standard service. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
