Staff is humble. Value for money, provided you take deluxe and above rooms. Hotel location is very close to MG Road. Godd eatries are closeb by. Good Market Place in the vicinity of hotel. Taxi stand is also very close. Rope way isa near by.

The rooms were damp and when asked for a room heater a blower was given at additional cost, but it blew cold instead of hot air. The hotel violates employment laws since they keep little boys as room attendants. The hotel is not worth a mention.

trip was really good .Everthing of the the hotel was good ,food, rooms and staff were really cooperative and helpful . the place was really good with full view of Kanchenjunga mountain range and at mg mall.

hotel was really good and the staff were also very helpful with good veg restaurant . hotel is also in the main market mg road . little improvement is require in service otherwise its ok. they also organised out trip of gangtok which really awesom.

Worst place in Gangtok. Unfriendly stairs, terribly cold rooms with no room heater. Unclean bathrooms, worst ever hotel. Absolutely money minded and terrible coordination of sightseeing etc. hated everything about this place. The owner was very rude and the food was yuck. Bad choice to stay in a place as cold as gangtok!!
