this is the worst hotel with good infrastructure but with very very poor service, no water supply in bath rooms, everybody complaining but no one wishes to attend the complaints. More

Did not find this hotel good enough to stay with while you are on a holiday. It was booked by sterling resorts, darjeeling, for me. Rooms, though not spacious, are good and well kept. But, I did not like its location, reception & restaurant. Services and staff were good. More

We loved the place. The rooms were awesome with well organised furniture. The facilities provided were above expectations. Had been to other places in Darjeeling and Kalimpong, but loved this hotel better than others. The room had a great view of the valley and the location was near most of the attractions. Would strongly recommend this to others. More
