I was in the Promenade for the last 4 days with family and enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we told them that the room we got wasn't to our liking, they gave us a better room which was also sea facing. Karthik, Vanaja and James from the restaurant were especially very helpful...
