We booked a flat for 5 persons in April for the August.
We wanted to confirm our booking a week before, as recommended in an answer Email by the Guesthouse. As an answer to my confirmation, they told us that they gave away our flat a month before in July.
We booked the flat in April, for August!
There was no Email or other try to contact us when they gave away the room in July.
So we suddenly had the problem that we had to find a accommodation for 5 people at once. For much higher costs of course.
This bad situation was avoidable and caused by the unprofessional behavior of the so called "hotel manager".
