Service was good and can be improved further. The quality of the food and its presentation was good at a smaller location like Siliguri. Over all it was nice to spent a night at that place. The furnishings and the cleanliness in the hotel room was also luxurious and happenings.

This used to be Siliguri's best budget hotel for a decade or so. I stayed there atleast 20 times, if not more. Service is still excellant. But the property now smacks from lack of maintenance. I stayed there for a day. Rooms are clean. It is located at the heart of the city. Bus Stand is just few minutes walking from here. Room service is good. You can get a glimpse of the mountains from the room if you take west facing rooms. The view during the sunset is really nice from there.

Clean, hot bucket water( at least in the morning) , but wafer thin 3 inch jute mattress . Had to upgrade to a thicker mattress otherwise would have been more comfortable on the floor. Poor value for money.
